Refund and Returns Policy
In case of industrial defect, the customer has the right to exchange the product within 30 days from date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. This applies to purchases done on the website.
After 30 days, exchange or return is not permissible.
In case of questions, please contact the company; however, the provision of Article 21 of the Consumer Protection Law applies.
Exchange must be done with the original packing materials and in the original box and must be unused.
All contents must be returned, including all original documentation.
Discounted items will be refunded at the actual discounted price only, minus shipping/handling cost.
All other product purchases have a 14 day exchange period, according to Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law.
Products must be unopened and in original condition.
Refunds will be given at original billed cost, minus shipping and handling expenses.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
For online payments via VISA/Mastercard, Vodafone Cash or Etisalat Cash, administrative expenses of 1.5% will be withheld from the refund amount
For payments via FAWRY Services, administrative expenses of 2.25% will be withheld from the refund amount.
For payments via MPOS machines, adminintrative expenses of 1.45% + 1EGP will be withheld from the refund amount.
According to the provisions in Article 17, Paragraph 2, of the Consumer Protection Law, opened and/or partially used merchandise is not eligible for refund or exchange unless a manufacturing error is evident.
All returned items eligible for refund must be returned in the original packaging and condition, including documentation.
