Suitable substrate and surface preparation
- Sealer polyester is designed for application over wood substrate. However, to obtain the best results one may need to apply an insulator such as wood before the application of Polyester sealer. In case of application over resinous types of wood like rosewood, teakwood and mansion, the use of insulator becomes necessary. The insulator must be left to dry for 3–4 hours before the application of sealer polyester.

Mix sealer polyester with accelerator thoroughly first then add catalyst to the mixture. Do not mix accelerator with catalyst
